4.1 The Committee took evidence from Jane Hutt AM, Minister for Finance on the Wales Bill: Legislative Consent Memorandum.
4.2 The Minister for Finance agreed to provide a note on consultation procedures for legislative changes.

5.1 The Committee toook evidence from Jane Hutt AM, Minister for Finance, on their inquiry into Best Practice Budget Processes.
5.2 The Minister for Finance agreed to send a note with a timetable for the work programme of the tax advisory group.
